Les limiteurs ou contrôleurs de température de sécurité SGT ou SGW sont utilisés partout où il est nécessaire de surveiller des process thermiques et de placer l'installation dans un état de fonctionnement sûr en cas de perturbations. Si la température limite admissible est atteinte ou si un défaut apparaît dans la plage de température admissible, l'appareil coupe le circuit immédiatement.
